We are available for viewings at times to suit you, including after work or at weekends and bank holidays. Our phone lines are open from 9am-9pm Monday to Friday and between 10am-5pm on weekends and bank holidays. We accompany you on all viewings ensuring that we are available to answer any questions you may have.
Following your offer being accepted by the landlord you will be required to complete an application form, this will include reference checks and other basic contact information. Once the forms have been submitted the property will be put on hold and no further viewings will take place. There is a small agency fee which is non-refundable. This is a one off payment, as we don't charge for tenancy renewals.
After the successful completion of referencing you will be required to confirm move in dates, sign the tenancy agreement and pay the deposit and first months rent. This will secure the property until the official collection of keys.
We will meet you to hand over keys and take meter readings for the property. You can also use this as an opportunity to ask any further questions you may have.
